Overview
The 2024 Snap Fitness Conference took place over 3 days in the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor, featuring fitness suppliers, keynote speakers, sporting activities and evening events.
Brief
The Kelham team needed to capture all the key speakers across the three days, branding elements, franchise owner interviews, key sponsors and suppliers, event organisers and performances.
Approach
We operated effectively through having a member of the team dedicated to still photography, with two others managing interviews and filming. This enabled us to be flexible and work efficiently as we moved around the estate.
Outcome
Kelham delivered 7 videos in total and a gallery full of exciting images ready to be distributed to the franchise partners and their related fitness brands.
