3 infomercials educating customers on a variety of product specific issues that are regular FAQs, helping reduce customer waiting times and improve their customer service.

Brief

To efficiently explain the issue, educate the customer on the processes and things to look out for and a solution to fixing the problem.

Approach

We captured the 3 videos in one day at the Whirlpool HQ, working with a wide range of Aputure lighting to flood the space. Working with our talent Bryn made getting through the dialogue a breeze, giving us time to dive into creative shots looking through the fridge and oven.
